2. Event Tickets & Booking

Ticket Purchase

All event tickets purchased through Kumar Entertainment are subject to availability. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Terms of Ticket Sale

• Age Restrictions: Some events may have age restrictions. It is your responsibility to verify age requirements before purchasing tickets.
• Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for the specified date, time, and venue. No exchanges for alternative dates are permitted unless expressly stated.
• Non-Transferable: Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless specifically authorized by Kumar Entertainment.
• Printing & Digital Tickets: Digital tickets must be presented on a mobile device or printed. Screenshots may be acceptable; check your confirmation email for details.
• ID Verification: Kumar Entertainment reserves the right to verify attendee identity at the gate.

Booking Conditions

When booking events or services through Kumar Entertainment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Accept prices and terms displayed at the time of booking
• Be responsible for all charges to your payment method
• Comply with all event rules and venue policies

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Event Cancellation by Kumar Entertainment

In the unlikely event that an event is cancelled by Kumar Entertainment due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies), ticket holders will be offered:

• A full refund of the ticket price, or
• A credit towards a future event of equal or greater value

Customer Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your ticket:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made 15-30 days before the event receive 50% of the ticket price.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event are non-refundable.
• Event Credit: Customers may choose to receive a credit towards a future event instead of a refund.

Rescheduled Events

If an event is rescheduled to a new date, your ticket remains valid for the new date. You may request a refund within 7 days of the reschedule announcement if the new date is unsuitable for you.

4. User Responsibilities

Code of Conduct at Events

By attending a Kumar Entertainment event, you agree to:

• Behave respectfully towards other attendees, performers, and staff
• Comply with all venue rules, safety regulations, and security protocols
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or violent behavior
• Not bring prohibited items (weapons, excessive alcohol, etc.) as per venue policy
• Not record, photograph, or livestream events without explicit permission
• Follow instructions from security and venue staff

Right to Refuse Entry

Kumar Entertainment and venue operators reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove any person from an event if they are intoxicated, disruptive, or violate the Code of Conduct. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Your Account & Website Use

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree not to use the website for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• You will not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the website or servers
• You will not spam or send abusive messages to other users or staff

5. Intellectual Property

Content Ownership
